Dick's Body Shop - Warranty

Dick's Body Shop hereby provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty on all repairs performed by the shop. This Lifetime Limited Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Lifetime Limited Warranty is granted and whose name appears Herein and on the original work order.

Painting: Dick's Body Shop provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on paint related work against peeling, fading, cracking, checking and hazing for five years or manufactures performance specifications or limitations, which ever comes first.

Sublet Repairs: Dick's Body Shop are limited to performing facilities warranty.

Parts: Dick's Body Shop provides a Lifetime Limited Warranty, on original equipment manufactures parts are subject to manufactures warranty. Any non original equipment manufactures pats, or associated labor and materials, are not warranted by Dick's Body Shop. Any omission or deviation from Dick's Body Shop standard or recommended procedures, be it cost cutting or lack of coverage on the part of the insurance company responsible for the coverage, or the customer, will void Dick's Body Shop warranty on that portion of repair or any portion of repair impacted by those omissions or deviations. This warranty shall apply if defects occur under normal conditions and not where the vehicle has been subject to accident, negligence, alteration, abuse and/or misuse. Vehicle must be returned to Dick's Body Shop for any repairs to be made under warranty. Dick's Body Shop reserves the right to examine and determine, to Dick's Body Shop satisfaction, that a defect exists and is covered by this warranty.

This Written Warranty, shall be null and void if repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warranty Grantor. This warranty is not transferable.

This States All The Lifetime Limited Warranties made by the shop and contains the only promises for which it will be responsible.

Customer's Obligation: in order to obtain the benefits of this warranty, the owner of the vehicle must do the following:

A: Present the owner's copy of this warranty document to the warrantor before requesting warrantable repairs or parts.

B: Must have a copy of itemized final bill.

C: Have any warrantable repair, adjustment, or inspection made only at the premises of the warrantor during normal business hours.

All Warranties implied by law, including the Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby limited to the warranty period herein and shall expire at the end of the period.
